(I had no idea how to name this picture, but since it features some mountains....)
Honestly, I started to wonder if this could EVER be finished. Especially, that the idea for was spontaneous and was supposed to end as a quickie. But then it all started to grow bigger. And bigger. And bigger - aaaand you know the rest of the story. My OC Sana - you will have to get used to her, I guess - is having a little stretch in an unusual place. When my friend saw it for the first time, she said: "Wow, now that's a silly pose - she's going to fall from there after a moment". Well, not really - she's more like exposing her feline agility to you *haha!* And what the hell is she doing there... I don't know. Blame my imagination. She probably threw someone from there and watch him/her fly. Just kidding (am I...?) At the moment this is my best attempt to show Sana as I have her in my mind. It's not ideal, but is quite close. Of course her face and many detalis don't look that good after sizing, so here's a bigger portion of her She wears some of her usual stuff - quite long and lean, quite often black, with lots of sophisticated simplicity in it + one or two eyecatching details. I'm pleased with this outfit, because it's all dark, but not neccesarily gothic or neo-punk (Matrix-like) and pretty practical. ...Despite some high heels, but that's just a tiny bit of madness in there xD High heels are not the best shoes to climb, but I know one person who got on top of the highest Polish mountain in flip-flops, so... Of course, I wouldn't be able to get her anathomy and some perspective shortcuts right without a help of Poser^^ But everything else except some basic outlines is all genuine work. Considering that I've never really did any landscapes - especialy with mountains or rocks - that stuff was very hard for me to draw. Digital rock-carving masters might have a little bit of justified laugh from my poor, nearly referenceless attempts to draw formations like these, but hey - right now I'm quite proud of them They're not realistic by any means, but they have - especially the closest one - a lot of rococco quality I like. ******************************************************************************** Poser 6, Painter XI.5 and CS2 + Wacom Intuos3 |
